The basics of using AllRVs.

1. About AllRVs

AllRVs is an informational, research, search, discovery, and technology platform designed to help people explore, discover, research, compare, and find recreational vehicles ("RVs") and related products and services.

AllRVs may provide information about:

• RV manufacturers and brands;
• RV models and floorplans;
• Vehicle specifications and features;
• Pricing and availability;
• Dealers and sellers;
• New and used RV listings;
• Comparisons and recommendations;
• Reviews, ratings, scores, and other evaluations;
• Ownership and travel information;
• Financing, insurance, accessories, and related products or services; and
• AI-powered search, recommendations, summaries, and other tools.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AllRVs does not manufacture, own, inspect, certify, sell, finance, insure, warrant, or deliver the RVs or third-party products and services displayed through the Services.

AllRVs is generally not a party to transactions between users and dealers, manufacturers, sellers, lenders, insurers, or other third parties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the general Services.

Certain features, including listing an RV, submitting a sales inquiry, entering into a transaction, or using other transaction-related services, may be limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information;
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Promptly update information that becomes inaccurate;
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account; and
• Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, or transfer your account in violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

4. RV Information, Specifications, Pricing, and Availability

AllRVs collects, organizes, analyzes, and presents information from a variety of sources, which may include manufacturers, dealers, sellers, public sources, third-party data providers, user submissions, automated data collection, and artificial intelligence.

Although we work to provide useful and accurate information, RV information can change and errors can occur.

Information displayed through the Services may be:

• Incomplete;
• Inaccurate;
• Outdated;
• Automatically generated or extracted;
• Based on information supplied by a third party; or
• Different from the actual RV offered for sale.

Model years, trim levels, floorplans, options, packages, dimensions, weights, capacities, towing information, payload information, pricing, incentives, inventory, photographs, and other specifications may vary.

Manufacturers may change specifications, features, equipment, materials, designs, and pricing without notice.

You should independently verify all important information directly with the manufacturer, dealer, seller, or other appropriate source before making a purchase, travel, towing, financing, or other decision.

The actual RV, vehicle identification number, manufacturer documentation, purchase agreement, and other transaction documents control over information displayed on AllRVs.

5. Safety-Critical Information

Some RV information may relate to vehicle weight, towing capacity, payload, tire capacity, dimensions, electrical systems, propane systems, water systems, maintenance, repairs, modifications, recalls, or other safety-related matters.

AllRVs is not a substitute for manufacturer documentation, professional inspection, qualified technical advice, or applicable laws and regulations.

Do not rely solely on AllRVs for safety-critical decisions.

Always verify towing limits, payload, gross vehicle weight ratings, tire specifications, compatibility, maintenance requirements, recalls, and other safety information with the appropriate manufacturer, vehicle documentation, qualified professional, or government authority.

6. Artificial Intelligence Features

AllRVs may provide features powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated analysis, or similar technologies.

AI-powered features may help users:

• Search for RVs;
• Compare models and floorplans;
• Summarize information;
• Identify possible matches;
• Answer questions;
• Generate recommendations; and
• Explore RV-related topics.

AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incorrect assumptions, or fabricated information.

AI-generated responses are provided for informational and research purposes and should not be treated as guaranteed facts or as professional, legal, financial, insurance, mechanical, engineering, medical, safety, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for evaluating and independently verifying information before relying on it.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, passwords, financial account information, Social Security numbers, or other information that is not necessary to use an AI feature.

AllRVs may modify, restrict, test, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time.

7. Recommendations, Rankings, Ratings, and Scores

AllRVs may provide recommendations, rankings, ratings, scores, comparisons, badges, summaries, or similar evaluations.

These may be based on factors such as:

• Manufacturer specifications;
• Features and equipment;
• Pricing;
• User preferences;
• Search criteria;
• Publicly available information;
• User feedback;
• Editorial judgment;
• Automated analysis;
• Proprietary methodologies; and
• Artificial intelligence.

Recommendations and scores are inherently subjective and may not reflect every factor that is important to you.

A higher ranking, score, or recommendation does not guarantee quality, reliability, safety, suitability, availability, or value.

Unless clearly identified otherwise, rankings and recommendations are not warranties or professional advice.

If compensation, sponsorship, advertising, or another commercial relationship materially influences the presentation or placement of content, AllRVs will provide disclosures as required by applicable law.

8. Dealers, Manufacturers, Sellers, and Other Third Parties

AllRVs may display or link to information from dealers, manufacturers, private sellers, marketplaces, lenders, insurers, service providers, retailers, and other third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• AllRVs does not control these third parties;
• AllRVs does not guarantee their products, services, representations, conduct, licensing, availability, or financial condition;
• AllRVs is not responsible for agreements between you and a third party; and
• Any transaction is between you and the applicable third party.

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into a transaction.

This may include inspecting an RV, verifying ownership and title, reviewing vehicle history, confirming specifications, checking for liens or recalls, obtaining professional inspections, reviewing contracts, and verifying the identity and legitimacy of a seller.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Dealer and Seller Inquiries

If you request information about an RV, dealer, seller, product, or service, you authorize AllRVs to transmit the information necessary to fulfill your request to the appropriate third party.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee:

• A response;
• Availability;
• A particular price;
• Financing approval;
• Acceptance of an offer; or
• Completion of a transaction.

After your information is provided to a third party at your request, your communications and relationship with that third party may be governed by that party's own terms and privacy practices.

10. Listings and User-Submitted Content

AllRVs may allow users, dealers, manufacturers, sellers, or other parties to submit listings, photographs, reviews, comments, descriptions, specifications, messages, or other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of rights you have in your User Content.

By submitting User Content to AllRVs, you grant AllRVs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, format, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, improve, and provide the Services.

You represent that:

• You have the right to submit the User Content;
• The information you provide is not knowingly false or misleading;
• Your content does not violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• Your content does not violate applicable law; and
• Your content does not contain malicious software or harmful code.

You remain responsible for your User Content.

AllRVs may, but is not obligated to, review, edit, reject, remove, or restrict User Content.

11. Reviews and Ratings

If AllRVs allows users to submit reviews or ratings, reviews must reflect genuine experiences and opinions.

You may not:

• Submit a fake or fabricated review;
• Review a product, dealer, seller, or business based on an experience that did not occur;
• Misrepresent your identity or relationship to the subject of a review;
• Submit reviews in exchange for undisclosed compensation or incentives;
• Manipulate ratings or review systems; or
• Use threats or coercion relating to reviews.

AllRVs may moderate or remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.

AllRVs does not necessarily endorse opinions expressed in user reviews.

12. Advertising, Affiliate Links, and Commercial Relationships

AllRVs may display advertising, sponsored content, promoted listings, affiliate links, referral links, or other commercial content.

AllRVs may receive compensation when users:

• View or interact with advertisements;
• Click certain links;
• Submit inquiries;
• Request quotes;
• Purchase products or services;
• Complete transactions; or
• Take other qualifying actions.

Compensation may influence whether certain commercial content appears or where clearly identified sponsored or promoted content is displayed.

AllRVs will provide disclosures of material commercial relationships where required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise disclosed, compensation does not guarantee a positive review, rating, recommendation, or score.

13. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Use the Services for fraud, deception, harassment, abuse, or other unlawful conduct;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, systems, or networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code;
• Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures;
• Use automated systems to access the Services in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or systematically extract substantial portions of the Services or our databases without authorization;
• Use content from the Services to create or maintain a competing database, directory, search service, AI system, or commercial product without authorization;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to discover non-public source code or proprietary systems except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• Impersonate another person or organization;
• Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content;
• Manipulate search results, ratings, reviews, rankings, listings, or other platform features; or
• Use the Services in a way that infringes the rights of others.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

14. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the AllRVs name, branding, software, design, interfaces, databases, original content, organization, selection, compilation, and functionality, are owned by AllRVs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, AllRVs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.

Except as permitted by law or with our written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected portions of the Services.

Names, trademarks, logos, photographs, specifications, and other materials belonging to manufacturers, dealers, sellers, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Reference to a third-party product, company, or trademark does not necessarily imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

15. Copyright Complaints

AllRVs respects intellectual property rights.

Your notice should include sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement explaining the basis of your claim.

If AllRVs operates services that qualify for the safe-harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), AllRVs may establish and publish additional copyright notice and counter-notice procedures and designate an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

We may remove or restrict access to content that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual property rights.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

17. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep AllRVs useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

• Add, remove, or modify features;
• Change how information is presented;
• Update our data and methodologies;
• Restrict access to certain features;
• Introduce paid features;
• Suspend or discontinue portions of the Services; or
• Perform maintenance or updates.

We are not liable for the modification, suspension, interruption, or discontinuation of the Services to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

ALLRVS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ALLRVS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
• INFORMATION WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR RELIABLE;
• AN RV OR OTHER PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS;
• A LISTING, PRICE, INCENTIVE, OR ITEM WILL BE AVAILABLE;
• A DEALER, SELLER, MANUFACTURER, OR OTHER THIRD PARTY WILL PERFORM AS EXPECTED; OR
• AI-GENERATED INFORMATION, RECOMMENDATIONS, RATINGS, SCORES, OR SEARCH RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

19. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLRVS AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES;
• RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES;
• ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN RV DATA, SPECIFICATIONS, PRICING, INVENTORY, RECOMMENDATIONS, OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT;
• TRANSACTIONS OR INTERACTIONS WITH DEALERS, MANUFACTURERS, SELLERS, OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES;
• USER CONTENT;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR INFORMATION; OR
• OTHER MATTERS RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLRVS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO ALLRVS FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
• (B) $100.

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AllRVs and its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your unlawful or improper use of the Services;
• Your User Content;
• Your violation of another person's rights; or
• Your fraud, misconduct, or violation of applicable law.

This section does not require you to indemnify AllRVs for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

21. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe that:

• You violated these Terms;
• Your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk;
• Your account is being used fraudulently;
• We are required to do so by law; or
• Suspension or termination is reasonably necessary to protect AllRVs, our users, or others.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Services, our business, or applicable laws change.

When we update these Terms, we will post the revised version and update the "Last Updated" date.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice where required by law.

Changes will apply prospectively from their effective date unless otherwise permitted by law.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, disputes that are not otherwise resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Montana.

You and AllRVs consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

24. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. AllRVs may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to particular features, constitute the agreement between you and AllRVs concerning the Services.
