Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, financial account credentials, Social Security numbers, health information, or other information that is not necessary to use the Services, particularly through AI search or other free-form text fields.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address;
• Browser type and version;
• Device type and operating system;
• General or approximate location derived from your IP address or device settings;
• Pages viewed and features used;
• Search activity and interactions with RV listings, recommendations, advertisements, links, and other content;
• Referring and exit pages;
• Dates, times, and duration of visits;
• Cookie and similar technology identifiers; and
• Diagnostic, performance, security, and error information.

We may combine information collected from different parts of the Services when permitted by law.

• RV manufacturers;
• RV dealers and sellers;
• Industry organizations;
• Publicly available websites and databases;
• Data and technology providers;

Information about RVs, manufacturers, dealers, businesses, inventory, and other non-personal business or product information is generally not personal information.

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve AllRVs;
• Create and manage user accounts;
• Provide RV search, filtering, comparison, and discovery tools;
• Personalize search results, recommendations, content, and the user experience;
• Power AI-assisted search, recommendations, summaries, comparisons, and other AI-enabled features;
• Remember saved RVs, searches, preferences, and other settings;
• Connect users with dealers, manufacturers, sellers, or other businesses when requested;
• Process and manage RV or business listings;
• Respond to questions, feedback, and support requests;
• Send service-related communications;
• Send marketing communications where permitted by law and subject to your choices;
• Measure traffic, usage, performance, and engagement;
• Understand how users interact with the Services;
• Develop new features, products, and services;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity;
• Enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements;

• Protect the rights, safety, and property of AllRVs, our users, and others.

We may also create aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual and use that information for research, analytics, product development, business intelligence, and other lawful purposes.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features

AllRVs may use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to help users search for, discover, understand, compare, and evaluate RVs.

When you use an AI-powered feature, the information you submit, including your prompts, questions, preferences, and relevant context, may be processed by AllRVs and by third-party technology or AI service providers that help us provide the feature.

AI-generated responses may be based on information from AllRVs, manufacturers, dealers, publicly available sources, third-party sources, and automated analysis. AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, safety, or technical advice.

Please do not enter sensitive personal information or confidential information into AI-powered features.

We may review and analyze interactions with AI features to improve quality, safety, search performance, recommendations, and the Services, subject to applicable law and our agreements with service providers.

4. Personalization and Recommendations

AllRVs may use information about your searches, saved RVs, preferences, interactions, general location, and other activity to personalize the Services.

For example, we may use this information to recommend RV types, manufacturers, brands, models, floorplans, features, dealers, products, or content that may be relevant to you.

These recommendations are intended to assist your research and do not guarantee that a particular RV, product, dealer, or service is suitable for you.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies to:

• Keep the Services functioning;
• Remember your preferences and settings;
• Maintain account sessions;
• Understand how the Services are used;
• Measure performance and traffic;
• Improve search and recommendations;

For example, this may include your name, contact information, the RV you are interested in, and the contents of your inquiry.

Once your information is provided to a third party at your request, that third party may process your information under its own privacy policy and practices. AllRVs does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties.

We do not provide your contact information to a dealer merely because you viewed a dealer's RV or listing unless otherwise disclosed to you.

Business Partners and Affiliate Relationships

AllRVs may participate in referral, affiliate, advertising, lead-generation, or other commercial relationships.

If you click a third-party link, request a third-party service, make a purchase, or complete another qualifying action, AllRVs may receive compensation. We may use tracking technologies or referral identifiers to determine whether a referral or qualifying action occurred.

Where required by law, we will provide appropriate disclosures and choices regarding these activities.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally required authorization, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
