Van America
“America's premier conversion van manufacturer”
About Van America
Van America is a family-owned van manufacturer in St. George, Utah, founded by Kent Ahleen and his son Zach. Kent's background is in fabrication and high-precision manufacturing for aerospace, medical, computer and military work after an early career building trailers; Zach raced professional motocross and off-road before moving into design and sales. In late 2020 Zach proposed combining that experience into building custom vans, and after their first builds Mercedes-Benz invited them into its Expert Upfit Program and commissioned a show van. The company now builds adventure, passenger, mobility/ADA and moto vans, with the Adapt 144, Adapt 170 and Getaway 144 as its camper models.
