About SylvanSport
SylvanSport is a manufacturer of pop-up campers, all-terrain trailers, and travel trailers headquartered in Brevard, North Carolina. Founded in 2004 by industrial designer Tom Dempsey, the company designs and builds its GO, GOAT, VAST, TraiLOFT, and GO EASY product lines at its Brevard factory, sourcing roughly 75% of GO camper parts from within 100 miles of the plant. Alongside trailers, SylvanSport also produces camping gear such as sleeping bags, packs, and camp kitchens.
How they build
SylvanSport applies industrial-design thinking borrowed from the bicycle, backpacking, and outdoor-gear industries to RV design, aiming to make outdoor adventure more accessible through lightweight, multi-purpose, in-house engineered products.
