About Starcraft RV
Starcraft RV is a travel-trailer and fifth-wheel manufacturer based in Middlebury, Indiana, operating today as a brand of Thor Industries under Jayco. The brand's roots trace to 1903, when it was founded as Star Tank Co., a metal farm-equipment maker in Goshen, Indiana, before moving into boat manufacturing and, in 1964, camper production under the Starcraft name. Jayco purchased Starcraft's RV division in 1991, and Starcraft has continued since as a distinct RV brand within the Jayco/Thor Industries family. Starcraft sells exclusively through a network of more than 150 authorized dealers in the United States and Canada rather than factory-direct.
