About Scout Campers

Scout Campers is a truck-camper brand launched in April 2020 by Adventurer Manufacturing Ltd., the Yakima, Washington-based maker of the Adventurer and Eagle Cap truck camper lines (a company with roots back to 1959 that relocated to Yakima in 2008). Scout campers use no-wood, no-rot composite construction on an aluminum exoskeleton, emphasizing lightweight, energy-independent, off-grid travel with detachable components. The current lineup includes hard-wall and pop-up versions of the Tuktut, YOHO, Olympic, and Kenai models.

How they build

Scout describes its approach as sustainable, minimalist, modular, and 'built to last' — favoring solar-charged, off-grid-capable, portable systems over hookup-dependent design so owners can camp farther from developed campgrounds.

  • No-wood composite construction
  • Aluminum exoskeleton frame
  • Detachable/modular components
  • Solar-based off-grid systems
  • Hard-wall and pop-up truck campers

This is the Google rating for Scout Hub's business location — the offices and factory, not the RVs they build. Reviews there often come from employees, visitors and job applicants, so read it as a signal about the company, not the coach.
