About Scamp

Scamp Trailers is manufactured by Eveland's Inc., a family-owned company based in Backus, Minnesota. Production began in 1971 under founder Duane Eveland, who initially built trailers for Boler American before launching the independent Scamp brand later that year after Boler went out of business. The company builds lightweight, hard-shell fiberglass travel trailers in 13', 16', and 19' lengths, plus newer Scamp X and Scamp Lite models, sourcing materials within the United States. Leadership has passed through three generations of the Eveland family; Micah Eveland has served as President since 2020.

How they build

This is the Google rating for Eveland's Inc. DBA Scamp Trailers's business location — the offices and factory, not the RVs they build. Reviews there often come from employees, visitors and job applicants, so read it as a signal about the company, not the coach.
