About Mission Overland
Mission Overland Trailers designs and builds off-road overland travel trailers (The Summit, Trail Dog, and The Approach), each hand-crafted in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies in Alberta, Canada. The company began as a small 'garage start-up' founded by two family men who wanted to keep adventuring after having kids; Aaron Boring, its President, owns 50 percent of the business. Mission Overland works with a community of local Alberta suppliers to build its trailers and sells through a network of dealers across the USA, while Canadian buyers are directed to contact the company directly.
How they build
Mission Overland operates on the principle that 'bigger isn't better,' favoring thoughtful, unique designs that connect owners with the outdoors and hold up to backcountry use over scale or mass production.
