Hallmark RV (Hallmark Manufacturing, Inc.) is a factory-direct manufacturer of pop-up truck campers based in the Fort Lupton, Colorado area. Its roots trace to Hubert Ward, who founded Tortuga Trailers in Brownsville, Texas in 1948 and, after stints designing RVs for Red-Dale and running Warhawk Mfg. in Lyons, Colorado, established what became Hallmark Campers in Boulder, Colorado in 1968. Hubert's son Bill Ward took over in 1969, relocating the company first to Brighton and then, by 2000, to the Fort Lupton/Platteville area, where it remains a family-run business today (with Bill's sons, including Matt and Andy Ward, active in the business). The company markets a continuous history "since 1958" and sells its campers factory-direct rather than through dealers.
