About Evotrex

Evotrex is a venture-backed RV startup founded in 2024 in City of Industry, California by Alex Xiao — who spent over a decade helping build Anker into a leading mobile-charging brand — together with co-founders Bruce Yang, Jack Zhan and Stella Qin, a team drawn from the power-technology and electric-vehicle industries. Xiao conceived the idea while traveling off-grid by RV through Tibet and western China. The company's first product, the Evotrex-PG5, is billed as the world's first power-generating RV trailer: it combines onboard power generation (an efficient gasoline generator that automatically recharges the battery bank), large-scale energy storage and intelligent energy management into one integrated system for extended off-grid living. The trailer is assembled in California and sold direct. Anker-backed Evotrex emerged from stealth in November 2025 with $16 million in pre-A funding, fully unveiled the PG5 at CES in January 2026, and closed a $30 million Series A in 2026 (about $46 million raised in total), with first customer deliveries targeted for the end of 2026.

How they build
