About Cruiser RV
Cruiser RV has built lightweight, laminated travel trailers in Howe, Indiana since 1988. In January 2015 the company, together with sister brand DRV Luxury Suites, was acquired by Thor Industries through its Heartland RV subsidiary for a combined $47.4 million. Its current dealer-sold lineup includes the Avenir, Shadow Cruiser, MPG, Embrace and Essence travel trailers and the Stryker toy hauler, with many models sized for half-ton trucks.
How they build
Focuses on lightweight laminated construction that makes many models half-ton towable, and runs every finished unit through a dedicated Pre-Delivery Inspection center including a rain-bay leak test. President Kyle Kwasny: 'We build each product as if we were making it for ourselves.'
