Bigfoot RV (Bigfoot Industries) has built molded-fiberglass truck campers and travel trailers in the Armstrong/Spallumcheen area of British Columbia since 1978, when it was founded by Clyde Burgess, Erwin Kreig, and Terry Mayall. The company shut down in 2008 amid the financial crisis and was relaunched in 2010 by former operations manager Grant Bilodeau as Bigfoot Industries (2010) Inc. Its two-piece fiberglass-shell, heavily insulated 1500- and 2500-series units are known as true four-season RVs and are sold through a dealer network across Canada and the US.

How they build

Every Bigfoot is built around a two-piece molded fiberglass shell with high-density foam insulation and dual-pane thermal windows; 2500-series units add heated basements and enclosed water tanks, rated for use down to -25 C (-10 F). Construction is 100% Canadian, handcrafted at the Spallumcheen, BC facility.
