About Awaken RV
Awaken RV is a startup manufacturer of molded fiberglass travel trailers based in Apple Creek, Ohio, founded by Scott Hubble, the former CEO of teardrop maker nuCamp. Launched publicly in 2025, the company targets the mid-priced gap in the fiberglass segment with the 24-foot MorningStar and MorningStar-i, featuring a double-hull fiberglass shell, aluminum chassis and European styling, and sells through a traditional dealer network rather than factory-direct. It debuted the MorningStar at the 2026 Florida RV SuperShow.
How they build
Double-hull molded fiberglass construction for four-season durability with no delamination risk, on an aluminum chassis; design-forward European styling with panoramic acrylic windows, a full dry bath, solid-wood cabinetry, Truma ducted climate control and solar-ready lithium off-grid power built in.
